1. Acceptance of Terms

Cricket Gyan Private Limited ke platform ka use karne se aap in Terms of Service se agree karte hain. Agar aap agree nahi karte, platform use mat karein.

2. Account Registration

Account create karte waqt aap:

• Accurate information provide karenge
• Account credentials confidential rakhenge
• 18 saal ya usse zyada ke hain ya parent/guardian ki permission hai
• Ek person ke liye ek hi account create karenge

3. Subscription Terms

Subscription plans monthly aur yearly available hain. Prices GST-inclusive hain. Subscription automatic renew nahi hoti — aapko manually renew karna hoga. Refund policy ke liye Refund Policy dekhein.

4. Permitted Use

Platform ka use sirf personal, non-commercial educational purposes ke liye hai. Aap nahi kar sakte:

• Content ko redistribute, resell ya sublicense karna
• Platform ke kisi bhi part ko copy ya reproduce karna
• Multiple accounts banana ya credentials share karna
• Platform ko disrupt karne ki koshish karna

5. Intellectual Property

Saara content — lessons, videos, text, images — Cricket Gyan Private Limited ka intellectual property hai. Unauthorized use prohibited hai.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cricket Gyan Platform "as is" provide karta hai. Hum guarantee nahi dete ki platform error-free hoga. Haari liability subscription amount se zyada nahi hogi.

7. Termination

Hum Terms violation par account terminate kar sakte hain. Aap bhi kabhi bhi account delete kar sakte hain contact karke.

8. Governing Law

Yeh terms Indian law ke under governed hain. Disputes ke liye Indore, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction applicable hai.
